Joint Family is an intergenerational social venture that seeks to connect and empower individuals across age groups. We recognize the challenges of an uncertain job market and the growing need for human connections in an increasingly digital world. Our mission is to build an inclusive, resilient cross-generational ecosystem where compassion, collaboration and support are at the core. If you or a loved one is having trouble finding a job, feeling disconnected or simply looking to make a positive impact, we are here to help. 

We envision a more inclusive society where younger and older adults from diverse backgrounds can come together to share their experiences, learn from each other, innovate and build meaningful relationships. We believe that such connections can positively impact everyone involved - from improving mental health and well-being, to providing opportunities for personal growth, as well as building a support network for caregivers. In close collaboration with local agencies, universities and non-profit organizations we are launching innovative pilot programs, workshops and bootcamps through which our participants can connect, exchange ideas and collaborate on societally impactful projects. We are also crafting in-person events that feature creative activities, performing arts, storytelling, science and tech to further strengthen these intergenerational connections.
